During the first two years, your builder is responsible for specified warranty obligations. In the unlikely event your Builder is unable or unwilling to perform, the Warranty is provided subject to the conditions, terms and exclusions listed. This is not a warranty service contract, but a written ten year limited warranty which your Builder has selected to provide with your Home.
